Declaration of Conformity
Silflex Limited hereby declares that the packaging described above is in conformity with Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste. Compliance with the requirements laid down in or pursuant to Articles 5 to 12 of the Regulation has been demonstrated, insofar as they are applicable to the packaging concerned. This includes, among others, Article 5 (substances of concern):
– Silflex Limited confirms that the packaging covered by this declaration does not intentionally contain per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The packaging complies with the concentration limits established under Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
Compliance is demonstrated and documented within the technical documentation maintained in accordance with the Regulation.
