- In-house Custom and Tooling manufacture: Mandrels, one-piece assemblies, tight-radius bends, multi-branch configurations.
- Specialist liners (Fluorosilicone/FVMQ, ProFuel®, Silgiene®) and specialist compounds.
- Reinforcement & multi-layer construction: Specific reinforcement options based on high-pressure, vacuum, thermal cycling and vibration requirements.
- Full hose assembly: From liner through to outer skin finished in-house, with strict dimensional control, traceability, and condition monitoring.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Every hose batch is validated via our purpose-built lab: pressure, burst, thermal-cycling, chemical compatibility, and installation simulation.
