Do you offer hoses for high-temperature applications?

Of course, all our Turbocharger and CAC (Charge Air Cooling) hoses are made from high-temperature silicone reinforced with Aramid fabric as standard. This provides excellent resistance to both heat and pressure, therefore being especially suitable for extreme under-bonnet environments.

Do you offer a bespoke design service?

Yes – all design, tooling and manufacturing takes place in-house. This means we can deliver everything from single prototypes to full production runs, with complete control over tolerances and quality. Our in-house design team, tooling department and testing laboratory allow us to create highly customised solutions tailored to your specific application.

Do Silflex hoses undergo any testing?

Yes. Our purpose-built in-house Hose Testing Laboratory is equipped with pressure, vacuum, thermal cycling and material testing systems – many of which are engineered to Silflex’s exact specifications. This ensures complete confidence in performance, consistency and compliance.

Do you supply anything other than silicone hoses?

We do. Besides hoses, we also supply foams, sponges, and hose-specific couplers, whichever you might need.
